About ME
In a few words. I am a regular person. I live my life day to day trying to find answers and understand the world a little better, all the while trying to find my place. So far, I’ve found that we have more to live for than just the 75+- years that we’re given on this terrestrial ball.

GOD
I live my life wholeheartedly as a Christ follower. Which means while I serve as a pastor in a local church, I don’t allow myself to be weighted down by the burdens of corporate religion or legalism. I believe we were originally created as humans to bring glory to God, and Christ’s birth, death, and resurrection gave us the ability to choose that path once again after being separated by sin.
FAMILY
After Christ, I am a husband/father next. I believe the legacy I leave my family can and should be far greater than any ministry impact I may have through my calling. My calling to be a Godly husband/leader/follower is complimented by my immediate calling to be a minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Though difficult to balance at times, they should compliment one another and never conflict with the other. My family drives my passion for life and living it to the fullest!
LIFE
And lastly, and definitely least, I am an avid outdoorsman. While I love technology, and the advancement of it. God’s creation is far more important to me. I believe we as humans are called to be stewards of the land and beasts in it. On my blog you may frequently find posts about hunting or outdoor sports. If my enjoyment of hunting, shooting, or my 2nd Amendment beliefs offend you, I am sorry for your sake, not my own.

hey eric hows it been going? i saw the pic of the family and ruthy is getting bigger than from the last time ive seen a pic of her. im right in the middle of the desert of the US. let me tell you 168 degrees on the ground and 129 degrees in the air isnt that bad. it feels like its like 102 maybe less. but anyway im due home in a bit anyway i can come over and talk and meet for the (first) time in awhile. neway let my big sis kno i said hi.
